PLACING AN ORDER

How do I place an order on the Bally website?

Placing an order is quick and easy:

  • Browse through our product categories and click on the images to access the individual product page where you will find information on the size and material.

  • Select your item and add to your shopping bag by clicking on the "ADD TO BAG" button.

  • You are able to review the items you have added to your shopping bag by clicking on the "BAG" icon in the top right hand corner of the website. To delete any items from your shopping bag, you can simply click on the "REMOVE" button next to the item.

  • To resume shopping after viewing your shopping bag, click the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button.

  • To finalize your purchase, click "SECURE CHECKOUT" button and follow the instructions.

  • Please be aware that items in your bag are not reserved. Until you checkout, items in your shopping bag and may still be purchased by other customers.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You do not need to create an account to place an order. If you wish, you may also checkout as a guest. However, Bally recommends you create an account to be able to use the benefits of a customer account – such as save your address details, register your return autonomously, access to exclusive promotions and receive your birthday surprise.

I have forgotten my password! What should I do?

You may reset your password by clicking on the 'Forgot your password?' link on the sign in page and follow the instructions.

Do you want to place an order with us?

Our Experts can assist you in placing an online purchase via phone or preparing for you the order according to your request. You will be able to conclude it at your most convenient time according to stock availability.

In both cases, you will receive via email a link to the website where you would just need to include shipping and payment details to conclude the purchase autonomously.

How will I know when you have received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming the safe receipt of your order. Please note that this does not constitute an acceptance of your order. You will also receive an order confirmation email once all your details have been checked and the availability of your order has been verified. The contract between you and Bally will be effective from the moment your items are shipped from our facility.

Can I place a Gift Order?

Yes, you can place a Gift Order selecting the option "Gift" under the list of products in your bag at the checkout. You can either choose to include a personalized message or to get a blank card to include a message later. It is also possible to hide the price to the recipient. Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Security of your personal details is very important to Bally. To ensure your shopping experience is safe and secure, Bally uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect the data sent to us over the internet. All payment transactions on the site are processed via Adyen, a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your payment details in a secure host environment.

Bally ensure the security of payments by means of a 3D Secure system for Visa©, Mastercard© and American Express© credit cards that are equipped with this system. An additional step is taken at the time of payment, which enables verification of the identity of the credit card holder and validation of the transaction. Each bank has its own authentication. For any question regarding your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank directly. In case of doubt, you can place your order by phone with our Customer Service by calling 800 1851 1851.

When will Bally debit my card/account?

At the point of order your financial institution may authorize the required funds. Bally, however, will not request the funds until your order is shipped from our facility.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your card or other method of payment will not be charged until your order is shipped. However, your bank balance may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order.

Why is my order not being accepted?

Please be sure that the address entered in the 'Billing' field is the address that is registered with your bank. If the order is still not being accepted please contact your bank, and after this check contact our Client Services team by filling the onoline form available at the bottom of this page,we will be happy to assist you.

Can I claim a tax refund on purchases made online?

At this time we are unable to provide a tax-back (tax refund) service for any of our online customers.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Upon confirmation of your order, it will take from 3 to 5 working days to receive your order, depending on the shipping method selected. Please note that deliveries will be made between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday. Please be advised that during peak periods such as promotions, Sales and Christmas the processing of your order might encounter delays due to the numbers of orders to be processed. If you have further questions, please contact Client Services through the online form available at the bottom of this page and we can advise you on the progress of your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Bally offers free shipping on all orders over € 300. Shipping costs € 15 for orders under € 300.

Will my parcel be insured and will I need to sign for it?

Your parcel is insured by Bally during transit up until the point when it is delivered to you. A signature will be required for every delivery, at which point, the responsibility for the goods delivered is passed to you.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email detailing the courier and the tracking number. You will be able to use this number to track your order.

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your delivery address after your order has been placed.

Can I have my order shipped to a freight forwarder?

Please note that Bally does not ship to freight forwarders. Orders placed with a delivery to freight forwarders are automatically rejected and will not be processed.

Does Bally deliver to PO boxes?

Due to delivery carrier restrictions we are currently unable to ship to PO boxes or BFPO.

RETURNS

How do I return an item?

You can return products purchased on Bally.eu within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, through our carrier TNT Fedex or by bringing them to a Bally store free of charge.
You can only return items within the same country the parcel was delivered.

A. In case you choose to return your order through TNT Fedex. Please, follow the steps below.

1. Activate your return:

•If you are a Registered user: access your account on www.bally.eu, visit the Returns History page and select the products that you would like to return. Fill the Online Return Form with the requested details, especially the return reason, and click on the button “ACTIVATE RETURN”. You will receive a confirmation E-mail once the return has been activated in our systems and a Return Authorization Number along with a link to arrange the pickup of the items at your convenience. Please note that the confirmation e-mail can take up to 48 hours to be sent.
•If you are a Guest user: contact our Client Services team by filling out the Online Contact Us form available at the bottom of this page. Bally Client Services will arrange our courier to collect the items at your convenience.

2. Prepare & dispatch the parcel:
Wrap up the goods you wish to return in the original box (or any other sturdy box). If you use the original packaging, please make sure to cover or remove any previous shipping label. The merchandise you return must be in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
Fill out the Return Form received with the order selecting the reason for your return and insert it inside the package. Please note that in case of multiple items you’ll find one form for each product.
Attach the return label to the top of the package and hand the package to the courier upon collection.
Please note: only returns shipped using our approved courier will be free of charge. Should you decide to use another courier, you will be responsible for all costs and liability. Any costs or expenses incurred by you are non-refundable.

3. Wait for the refund:
Once your package has arrived at our facility, the items will be inspected. Once the items are deemed to be in new and unused condition with all tags and labels attached, Bally will issue a credit for the amount originally paid.
Once approved, the amount will be refunded on the original payment method used and depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.

B. In case you choose to return your order in a Bally boutique. Please, follow the steps below:
Check the nearest store (excluding Outlets, partnered retailers, and Airport stores) through the Store Finder on this website and bring the parcel to the store, one of our Client Advisor will start the procedure.
They will check the condition of the goods you are returning and the reason for the return.
As per our existing Return Policy, items must be in original condition, with all tags and packaging included to be eligible for a refund. Once approved, the amount will be refunded on the original payment method used.
Please note that refund release timings could vary depending on your financial institution.

Does it cost anything to return an item?

For all orders, returns are free of charge unless otherwise specified in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. You must follow our returns process to ensure your return is managed safely and securely.

Will I receive a full refund?

All items are rigorously checked for quality when returned. Once your goods are deemed to be in new and unused condition with all tags and labels still attached, Bally will issue a credit for the amount originally paid. Bally can only issue a refund to the originally form of payment. Bally is only able to refund the card/payment method originally used for the purchase.

Can I return a faulty item?

You have the right to return items with defects or quality issues. Should you find that your items have any manufacturing defects or quality issues, you should immediately contact Bally Client Services through the online form available at the bottom of this page. Bally Client Services will provide you with full instructions on how to return your items. Upon receipt, we will carefully examine your items and if any damages or defects are identified, we will repair or replace them free of charge. If we are unable to repair or replace your item, we will offer you a full refund.

Please note: If your items are not deemed defective or damaged and it is outside the return period, or the items have been damaged due to misuse, you will not be entitled to repairs, replacements, or refunds and Bally will return the items back to you, at your expense and liability.

Can I return my online order in store?

Yes, orders placed online can be returned to a store of your choice (excluding outlet and airport stores). Please note we can only accept store returns within the same country of delivery. Bally offers a Made to Order Service for specific styles of shoes, belts, small leather good and bags at the boutiques in Lafayette, Nice, Davos, Lausanne, Lucerne, Zurich. How do I take care of my shoes?

To maintain the best condition of your shoes, proper care and attention should be given to the leather depending on its type.

Do you offer a repair service?

Should you wish to discuss a repair for your Bally product, please contact Client Services by filling the online form available at the bottom of this page.

Do you offer refreshing services for handbags?

Bally does not offer refreshing services for handbags or small leather goods. For additional assistance, please contact Client Services through the online form available at the bottom of this page.

What is the difference between an adjustable belt and a fixed belt?

Bally has two types of belt constructions - adjustable and fixed. If your belt is fixed, it has been designed with multiple size options to choose from. If your belt is adjustable, it has been designed with a singular length of material. The buckle can be removed and the material can be cut in order to fit you perfectly. Bally offers a belt cutting service in-store. For more information, please contact our Client Services thorugh the online form available at the bottom of this page.

Delivery times are between 3 and 5 working days. We offer complimentary shipping and in-store collection on all orders above € 300.

Please note that delivery times are calculated from when we ship your order, not from the time it was placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation via email and in your Bally account.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns & refunds

1.1 As a consumer, you may cancel your contract in relation to Products purchased on the Website, without any penalty, by contacting Client Services through the online form available at the bottom of this page. You have fourteen (14) days from delivery of the Products to submit your returns request. 

1.2 Bally provides a carrier service for all returns. Only return shipments using our approved courier will be free of charge and at Bally's cost and liability. 

1.3 Should you decide to use a courier other than the Bally approved courier, you will bear all associated costs and liability. Any costs or expenses incurred by you in the return of Products are not refundable. In this case, should your parcel be lost by the carrier you chose, Bally will not be responsible for it nor for releasing any refund. 

1.4 You must return the Products within seven (7) business days from the date you receive the return authorization number from Bally. 

1.5 You shall return the Products by packaging the relevant it/them securely. You shall return the Product(s) in the same condition in which you received them and they shall be returned in their original packaging; moreover, the Products shall not have been washed or damaged and the relevant identification tag shall still be attached to the Products with the disposable seal. Please note that Bally will review the returned Products via quality control. If the products will be sent back in perfect conditions, new and with all tags and labels attached, Bally will approve the return and reimburse the price originally paid. If the recipient of the Product(s) indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such Product(s), the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded to the individual who made the payment. 

1.6 On the contrary, if any of the labelling or tags are missing, do not comply with these General terms and Conditions of Sale or Bally has any reason to believe that the Products have been altered or are imitation of the Products or were not purchased directly through this Website, Bally will not accept the return and will return the Products back to you. 

1.7 Should Bally accept the return, we shall refund the price of the Product(s). Bally will refund to the card/payment method you originally used to pay for the Products once the return will reach our warehouse. Should you decide to use a courier other than the Bally approved courier, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the Product(s) back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the Product(s), whichever is the earliest. 

1.8 You may also return the Products to stores owned or directly operated by Bally within the same country of delivery. We are unable to accept returns for purchases bought in franchising shops, outlets, retail stores, department stores duty free shops or any other website.

1. Our Business Policy

1.1 Bally offers its Products for sale on the Website, including its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users i.e. any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his/her trade, business or profession. If you are not a consumer, please do not buy any Product(s) on the Website. We reserve the right not to process orders received from users who are not consumers and any other order which does not comply with our business policy. 

1.2 Bally only offers its Products to consumers over the age of 18. If you are under 18 you are strictly prohibited from ordering Products from the Website. Bally reserves the right to cancel any orders from consumers we believe to be under the age of 18. 

1.3 We do not sell secondhand Products or Products of lower quality than the corresponding market standards. The main characteristics of Products are shown on each Product page of the Website. The appearance of Products offered for sale on the Website may not exactly correspond to actual Products in terms of image, dimensions and colors depending on your Internet browser or monitor quality.

2. How To Process An Order

2.1 To place an order, you should select the Products you desire to purchase on the Website, select a size, and add the items to your shopping bag by clicking on 'Add to Shopping Bag'. Once you are ready to checkout, click on the shopping bag icon at the top right of the screen, which will display all of the Products you have selected to purchase. It is your responsibility to check the items in your shopping bag are the correct style, color and size before proceeding. Once you are ready to proceed with your order, click on 'Secure Checkout', where you will be able to add gifting options and will be asked to select your preferred payment method and delivery option, as well as enter personally identifiable information. After having read and accepted these Ts&Cs, click on the acceptance button. You will be requested to log into your personal account (if you are already registered) or continue through guest checkout. 

2.2 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Please be aware that Products in your Shopping Bag are not reserved and can therefore be purchased by other users until you complete the checkout process. 

2.3 Your order is an offer to Bally to buy the Product(s) contained within your order and is binding for a period of fifteen (15) days. An order shall be deemed to have been submitted to Bally when you receive an order receipt email (automatically generated) confirming the content of your order, which has been received and is being assessed by Bally. 

2.4 This order receipt email is a mere acknowledgement that we have received your order, but it does not confirm our acceptance of your offer to buy the Products. 

2.5 Your offer shall be deemed accepted and the relevant contract of sale is effective from the moment Bally dispatches the Product and you receive a confirmation email containing information about the acceptance of your offer, the dispatch time, the essential characteristics of the purchased Products, a detailed breakdown of the price paid for each Product and delivery costs and details ('Order Status Update'). 

2.6 If your order is dispatched in more than one package, you may receive a separate email for each package and by means of each separate email you and Bally complete a separate contract of sale for the Product(s) specified in the respective email. 

2.7 You may access your order form by clicking on the section of the website under 'My Account' that is labeled 'Track My Order'. 

2.8 Bally reserves the right not to accept your order in its sole discretion. In such case, Bally will inform you by email of the cancellation of the order.

3. Prices And Payments

3.1 All prices indicated on each Product page are exclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change. However, such changes will not impact the price or the description of the Products for which you have already submitted an order. 

3.2 Although we have taken all reasonable care that prices contained in the Website are accurate at the time of publication, a small number of Products in our Website may be mispriced. Prices are confirmed when you will receive your order receipt email outlining the different charges (including delivery). 

3.3 You may pay for your order using the payment methods available on the Website, such as credit or debit cards and PayPal. 

3.4 We take reasonable care to make our Website secure. All credit and debit card transactions on our Website are processed using Adyen, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. We will securely store your credit/debit card details on the Demandware platform. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated or to issue refund in case of return or unavailability of the Products or for reporting cases of fraud to the police.

3.5 Should your payment fail to process the order online, please ensure that all your details submitted are correct and retry the transaction. Should the problem persist, please contact your card issuer directly, as Bally will be unable to assist you with these types of payment failures. 

3.6 Payment will be 'reserved' or 'frozen' by your card issuer when you attempt to/make a purchase on the Website. The price for the purchase of Products and the corresponding costs for shipping and delivery, as indicated in the order receipt email, will be charged to your chosen payment method only when the purchased Products are actually shipped. In Store orders made on your behalf will be debited immediately regardless of whether the items are in stock or being delivered at a later date. 

3.7 To ensure that your credit or debit card is not being used without your consent, Bally will validate your name, address and certain other personally identifiable information supplied by you in placing the order through services offered by Adyen. 

3.8 Bally reserves the right to implement any additional and/or other payment security system from time to time. 

3.9 Refunds, for whatever reason, of any payment received by you will take place using the same method of payment you chose during the check-out procedure and cannot be amended after your order has been placed. Bally will not be responsible for any delays beyond its control, including without limitation delays caused by the method of payment/refund or those attributable to the card issuer. 

4. Shipping And Delivery

4.1 For specific shipping and delivery details, the information provided in the below section forms an integral part of the Ts&Cs and is hereby incorporated by reference. 
4.2 Delivery from this Website is restricted to the countries indicate here: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. 
4.3 Bally is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses. Any orders specifying a P.O. box, APO/FPO will be automatically cancelled. 
4.4 The Order Status Update will contain information on the carrier and the associated tracking number(s) once your order is dispatched. 
4.5 Currently, the Bally carriers are only able to deliver Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), during working hours in the relevant Country. 
4.6 We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Products by the estimated delivery date indicated in your order form and during your checkout. However, such delivery date is not binding and Bally will not be liable for any delay in delivery. 
4.7 All shipments will require a legible signature of the customer upon delivery. 
4.8 In the event that we are unable to deliver the Products to you within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, you are entitled to terminate the contract and to request the full reimbursement of your order. 
4.9 Upon delivery, it is the customers' responsibility to ensure that the parcel that they are signing for is without damage, visible alteration or wet. Any such defects should be reported on the delivery note (when you sign for the delivery). 
4.10 Upon full and correct payment, delivery, and signature for a package, the associated Products will become your property and you will become fully responsible for the Products. 
4.11 When the “collect in store” option is selected, the local Bally store may prepare the purchased products so they are presented in a traditional Bally shopping bag. By selecting the “collect in store” option, you hereby consent to the local Bally store opening the package so the products can be appropriately prepared. 

5. Right Of Withdrawal

5.1 As a consumer, you may cancel your contract in relation to Products purchased on the Website, without any penalty, by either contacting Client Services through the online form available at the bottom of this page. You have fourteen (14) days from delivery of the Products to submit your returns request. 

5.2 More details of your right of withdrawal, terms and conditions applicable thereto and explanations of how to exercise it are provided in the Confirmation and in <u><a href='/customercare/#returns'>Return Policy</a></u>.

6. Warranty

6.1 Bally warrants to the consumer that the Products that we deliver from this Website comply with the specifications for Products set forth on the Website and are free of material defects and workmanship errors (the 'Warranty') for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.

6.2 Details regarding how to exercise rights under the Warranty and to return Products that do not conform to the Warranty are provided in the <u><a href='/customercare/#warranty-policy'>Warranty Policy</a></u>.

8. Limitation Of Liability

8.1 The Products displayed on the Website may not exactly correspond to the real items in terms of image, dimensions and colour depending on your Internet browser and/or your monitor quality.

11. Force Majeure

WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty Policy

1.1 Bally warrants to the consumer that the Products comply with the specifications and are free of material defects and workmanship errors for a period of twenty four (24) months from the date of delivery.

1.2 This warranty applies only to Products which are a) manufactured by or for Bally as identified by the 'Bally' trademarks, trade name, or logo legally affixed to them and b) purchased by consumers from this Website.

1.3 In the event of alleged lack of conformity of a Product to the Warranty, in order to benefit from his/her rights under this Warranty Policy the consumer must notify Bally Client Services on the bottom of the page in a period of two months from the date on which he/she detected such lack of conformity. In any event, the proceedings intended to enforce the lack of conformity not fraudulently hidden by Bally shall expire after twenty-six (26) months from delivery of the Product(s).

1.4 The Product(s) must be returned to Bally within fifteen (15) business days following notification to Bally of the damaged or defective Products.

1.5 Bally will examine all Products returned as damaged or defective and, in the event of a lack of conformity to the Warranty, will replace the Product or, if this is not commercially reasonable, refund the price paid.

1.6 Bally will refund the price and your costs of returning defective Products using the same method originally used by you to pay for the purchase. If the recipient of the Products indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such Products, the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded by Bally to the individual who made the payment.

1.7 In the event that Bally finds no fault with the returned Products, you will be notified that the returned Products cannot be accepted and you may elect to have the Products re-delivered to you. If you do not accept re-delivery, Bally reserves the right to retain the Products and the purchase price.

1.8 This warranty does not apply (i) if the Product has been subject to faulty or improper use, repair, alteration and/or modification in any way that is not covered in the documentation for the Product; (ii) to damages caused by failure to follow the instructions covered in the documentation for the Products or other specific instructions from Bally; (iii) if the Product is damaged by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, normal wear and tear or deterioration, improper environmental conditions or lack of responsible care, (iv) to damages due to any other cause not related to defective design, workmanship and/or materials.

1.9 This warranty is in addition to your legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described.
